Refund policy
Online Policy We hope you love your purchase! If you aren't completely satisfied, you may request a return within 5 business days of receiving your item(s).
M. Cory will process the return request and generate a return label that will be emailed directly to the customer. Returns must be shipped back within 5 business days of receiving return approval and label.
All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method once item(s) arrive and upon inspection. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
In-store Policy Purchases can be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 14 days of purchase date.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, jewelry, or purses in-store & online.
Holiday Return Policy
You may return/exchange in-store through Dec 31st. We will be closing Jan 1st for some exciting things to come in 2026. Please contact maddox@mcory.com to coordinate a return/exchange from Jan 1st through Jan 8th.
